Can non-Japanese residents sign a contract?＋
Yes. Residents of any nationality can sign without issue. With identity documents such as a passport, our English-speaking staff will support the process.
What is the shortest stay available?＋
You can stay from as short as one month. Conditions may vary by property, so please check each property page or contact us for details.
Are furniture and Wi-Fi included?＋
All properties come fully equipped with furniture and appliances. Many also include high-speed Wi-Fi as standard, so you can be comfortable from the day you arrive.
What payment methods are available?＋
We currently accept bank transfer and Wise. Credit card payments are planned for a future update. For payments from overseas, please contact us.
