Please tell us the property, preferred dates, length of stay, number of occupants, and any other requests.

Check Availability & Conditions
We confirm whether you can move in for your desired period and explain the contract terms and fees.
Because conditions vary by property and contract length, we proceed after you've reviewed the details.

STEP 04
Apply
If there are no issues with the terms, you'll submit the information and documents needed to apply.
Required documents and items vary by property and contract, and we'll guide you individually.

STEP 05
Contract & Payment
After reviewing the contract, we proceed with the lease agreement.
After signing, please complete payment by the specified due date.
About payment
We accept bank transfer or Wise. Credit card payment is planned for the future.

STEP 06
Move In
After we confirm the contract and payment, we'll guide you on key handover and move-in notes.
Since furniture and appliances are provided, you can start your new life right after moving in.
Stays are 30 days or longer
VESTA JAPAN offers monthly-contract properties. Depending on the contract type and conditions, a stay of at least 30 days is generally required. Please contact us for detailed conditions per property.
