What do I need to prepare to list my property?
First, contact us and we'll hold a hearing about your property. Once both sides decide to list, please provide property photos, location, features, and desired rent.
How much does listing cost?
As we're currently in a campaign period, listing itself is free. For fees after a successful tenant contract, please contact us for details.
Who is the contracting party with the tenant?
The contracting party is the property owner. We prepare the necessary contract documents in Japanese and English and support the process.
